Bulletin boards organized and current (Evidence of meeting minutes posted)

Patient charts are protected

No diagnosis/procedures on boards in public view

Clean syringes and needles are secured to prevent public access

Check monitoring equipment to verify that all alarms are operational

Emergency medications checked daily and lock # recorded

Code cart checks are done daily and recorded (including lock #),  defibrillator checked daily, check paddles for burns, check it is plugged in, complete all blanks on the form.
