One or more age–related competencies appropriate for the population of patients treated (pain management, restraints, medications, patient/family education, psychosocial development, etc.)

Criteria for assessment of pain, abuse & neglect

Criteria for requesting a Dietary, Rehab (PT), or other consult

What time frames do staff have to complete assessment and reassessments

Where the patient/family education documentation is located in the medical record and patient education resources
