Lab Orders not printing

Issue:

ER or ED and Nurse station in general called there are not orders printed coming from the lab.

Cause:

This case the Job description is the problem where the job description was QFTJOBD for every user.

Resolution:

We need to go and work with user profile with the command WRKUSRPRF <USERNAME>, press F10, and then go down until you find “Job description”. We need to change it to QDFTJOBD.

The Library also need to match, then we could do it going to command and put WRKJOBD JOBD(*ALL). Find the job QDFTJOBD and review if it math with the library QGPL, if not we have to click on it and change it to match QGPL.
