Audit reports are generated to follow up information modified or entered into the system by registered users. The following articles and captures show up how to get there through the GUI menu.

the menu that we want to get is the “Meaningful Use Report Menu”, for this purpose we go to:

HEALTH INFO Mgmt > MEANINGFUL USE REPORT MENU > CMS Audit Reports

Once being there, the user can choose any desired option
