Questionnaire – 2019 R1

Overview:

The Questionnaire Menu is used to enter, maintain, and print questionnaires.

The Operators Menu can be accessed from this menu.

Questionnaires, also referred to as Assessments, are used in several modules including Patient Accounting, Nursing Care, Treatment Planning, and Referral Tracking.

Some options on these menus also appear in other modules. For example, in Patient Accounting the Enter, Review, and Print options are available.

Please use caution when revising standard questionnaires such as the MSP (Medicare Secondary Payor).

Once you have migrated to Patient Care on the Web (that is, the Java application), you can still maintain questionnaires, but the changes will not be carried over to Patient Care.

click OK .
